Beginning Wednesday, June 28, a representative with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), will be available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on two Wednesdays of each month through August at Senator Scott Hutchinson’s Warren District Office to assist local veterans.
“My staff and I have an immense gratitude and appreciation for our veterans and their families and I am pleased to offer this service,” Senator Hutchinson said. “The VFW representative can assist veterans with any military or Veterans Administration concerns.”
The VFW is the nation’s largest organization of combat veterans. The group’s mission is “to foster camaraderie among United States veterans of overseas conflicts. To serve our veterans, the military and our communities. To advocate on behalf of all veterans.”
“I encourage veterans and their families to stop by my Warren District Office at 22045 US Route 6, Warren or call the office at (814) 728-2100 with their questions,” Senator Hutchinson said.
The VFW representative will be available June 28, July 12 and 26, and August 9 and 23.
